I have founded Baratta Law Firm in 2018 november, with a nearly 15 years professional experience in EU law, gained as a regulatory consultant. I have an outstanding knowledge in the following areas: EU law on electricity and gas markets, relating questions of EU environmental law (promotion of the use of energy from renewble source, energy efficiency, EU ETS, environmental impact assessments and authorisation. Further fields of expertise are: EU State Aid law, rules on the internal market (emergence of the internal market freedoms) and relating competition law issues.
